No good for apartment
Very nice people, very understanding and cooperative. Rented from them for awhile now and have not had a bad experience.
Please avoid this place at all cost. They are so rude and they don’t care about their properties. Everything is run down and falling apart. They will gouge you wherever they can.
Have tried repeatedly to get response from Jason, even is he get no response. Y’all have property for sale, lease on Thirlane that was supposed to close sales in Aug 15????

You can always tell one of the properties they manage. The grass is a foot tall and the property is full of crack heads. Seems to me that they dont manage to do much if anything.
The office management only cares about the rent the carpet was dirty when I lived in all the appliances are old out of date the water bill was always a issue poor management all around
