At the time of our visit the building did not appear ready for customers. The new facility is very large but appears understaffed as the wait times were very long; we waited approximately two hours for a 5 minute consult with the doctor. Hopefully these issues are addressed with time.

I got here at 9:15 and I’m still waiting at 11:50. The doctor literally waited till 11:50 to dilate my daughters eyes. The wait in this place is ridiculous. They need to do better.
My daughter has been coming to Dr Watson since March and we drive an 1 1/2 to be seen they have been nothing of exceptional with my daughters care and that means a lot as a parent!
Excellent facility. There is no one I trust my or my children/grandchildren’s vision with more than these guys. The staff is wonderful, the doctors are the BEST there are!
My daughter has been going here since she was 2 months old. The staff have always been super helpful and caring. Dr Facciani and his team have always answered every question I have in detail. I have never left there with any questions that were not answered. I won’t ever go to another team for my children.
The doctor is friendly and good with kids but the wait time every time i have had to bring my daughter in has been ridiculous. Appoinment at 8:45am and not seen till after 10:30am. They dialated my daughters eyes and made her sleepy then stuck me in a room with a sleepy fussy baby to wait for over am hour.

My child’s appt was at 3:15 they close at in 25 minutes at 5:00 pm and I’m still here. Infuriated. Should be 0 stars
