Complete scam …….billed $325 dollars for a breastpump that costs $159 at target ….supposed to be free by my insurance…..but they “didn’t update” their perfered provider status since 2011 and billed me months later at 60% making it cost almost full store price……scam scam scam …..do not deal with these people.
Another one in the club of being billed for a sling, sending it back to my insurance, getting told it was clear and paid off then receiving a bill 4 months later for the same sling. This company needs to educate their employees and patients so there is no confusion as to what can and cannot be billed to insurance.
They supplied an arm sling for a surgery. I had no say as to the device I would get, or costs associated. They billed me $75 for a $7 sling, then sent me to collections after saying they would take care of the bill. Medicaid fraud, stay clear of this organization.
Definitely shady, sales rep said they would not do pre-authorization or billing and I would have to submit claim myself. Charged my credit card when equipment was delivered and I never got a statement. Still battling with them after 4 months and getting nowhere. AVOID them or you will be sorry.
