Excellent service! Always on time with reasonable rates for rural residents.
Hit and miss pick up and dont return calls. Still gets same auto pay when not doing all the pickups.

Been trying to call you guys for over an hour. Cant get through maybe something wrong with phone. There is something wrong with my trash can because it Spontaneously combusted??? Have it on video too. I’m confused.
Frankie, Slavic, David, Rick, Blake and Julio were a well oiled machine, working together and making us feel like the only customers on the lot. My wife and I have bought our and our kids’ last 8 vehicles from Sutherlin and just won’t consider going anywhere else.
Very friendly drivers, prompt service. Our landlord pays for a can but our house needed bigger. We called and we’re able to upgrade our container by just paying the difference in cost.
Being woken up at 4:30 in the morning by garbage trucks is ridiculous! Then to have a second one come through 20 mins later is just asinine…. People like to sleep!! This area doesn’t get hot enough for you to tell me 4:30 am pickups are a good idea…
