I have had the best experience I have ever had with a health insurance company. PacificSource should be everyones choice as far as I am concerned. I speak from experience, since I am a retired health professional & had to interact with all health insurance companies on a daily basis, for 20 years!
Benefits flex spending account review:
Nice people but impossible system, random denials, unable to tell me how to fix it, they give explanations but unable to find corresponding info on the website. Just not worth the effort.

Provider directory was easy to use. Account setup was straightforward.
Payed my premium then got a letter from them saying I had not payed. Says they are open Monday through Friday so called to try to straighten things out, all I got was a recording saying they are closed. Pretty poor customer service. Do not recommend.

I really like my insurance company. The website is new to me and I was able to get around it pretty well.
Oh right they are so great. My wife is a quad and needs to have gloves available for certain thing. Bowel care and such. Pacific source is so great..they don’t even pay for gloves anymore.
