I have a commercial account with Sanipac for my apartment complex. When ever I contact Sanipac concerning an issue with anything my needs are always met with courtesy and promptness.
Mostly very good, but they regularly fail to pick up my yard debris, despite my also regular complaints. Likely due to the difficult one way gravel road I live on, but that’s not an excuse for not providing the service we pay for.

I’ve always had good experiences with Sanipac. Sure, they miss a pick up every great once in a while, but they’re right on top of making sure it’s picked up the same day or the next day.
Sanipac provides once a month service at a very reasonable rate- about $5 per month. They also do a lot of great recycling, and make it easy for consumers.
