Oregon Ear, Nose & Throat Center Reviews ( 161 )

  1. The so called manager is very rude. I don’t recommend this place. I don’t have the name but who ever is answering the phones today claiming to be a manager is beyond rude and doesn’t want to hear anything you’re saying.

  2. I sent my hearing aides in to be checked and cleaned in the morning .
By noon they called ,my daughter picked them up and they were like new.
    I give it five stars.

  3. Thank you to all at SoENT! You were able to see me with just a few days notice, everyone was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lee was wonderful and fixed my problem right then!

  4. Oregon ENT left me with irreversible damage. It has been a horrific experience. I originally was seen by Dr. Chambers for a deviated septum. I am left with a large hole in my septum and due to excessive bleeding the emergency cauterization …

  9. Most Amazing ENT facility ever, And I should know. I had a septoplasty over a decade ago at another facility, and it eventually failed, so I had to have it re-done, and Dr. Reeck did it, and did it right. I have my sense of smell back after …

  10. Dr. Traynor was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I initially went for a second opinion and came out feeling confident that he will be the one to take over my care.

  11. With experience of ENTs in two continents I’ve found OENTC to be highly capable and well equipped. Dr Lee inspires confidence and is able to bring practicality into technical issues; a number of his suggestions have improved my day.

  12. First off the ladies who answer the phone know NOTHING about anything. All they do is answer calls and put you on hold for hours. I’ve called 5 times over the passed two weeks to try and speak to someone else for scheduling and it goes …

  13. The ENT building sets to the back parking lot of Providence Hospital on Royal Ave. The girls that run the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Dr Elizabeth Steele is the ENT I see, she’s personable and gets the job done in the time it takes. Thank you Dr Steele…you’re awesome. See you in a year!

  14. I saw an ENT here due to a hoarse voice. It turned out to be cancer. I had to have a trache put in. Dr. Clarke has been by our sides every step of the way for the last two years and as part of my cancer team has helped get us through to a cancer free time in my family’s life.

  15. Doctor Traynor took the time to explain what he was doing and what his plans were to make a diagnoses of my problem. I felt very comfortable with his treatment and his professionalism.

  16. Doesnt like OHP clients. They actively denied urgent care after I had waited over 2 hours. Then demanded a new referral which was not required by my insurance. So my primary care made 3 new referrals and they still denied them with no …

  30. Way over charged. Went in for a consult for snoring. They said my insurance wouldn’t cover to fix snoring issues that’s in my throat, but they could do surgery on my nose (that wouldn’t fix my problem) under insurance. I was charged 600$ which my insurance covered less than half. Absolutely will not go back.

  31. I’ll change my review rating once they figure out their scheduling. UPDATE: These people never did fix their scheduling and in fact I’ll take my business elsewhere and am happy to do so.

  32. Dr. Steele is fantastic! The staff that you deal with on the phone are not as helpful. I went to get a Covid test to get a needed surgery and they commented that Oregon Ear Nose and Throat is known for not sending faxes. I needed paperwork faxed up to OHSU and they had a week and a half and it still never made it up there.
