They used to be really efficient and easy to get along with- but quite recently their service has gone downhill. Wont pick up recycling for weeks at a time.
I have used these folks for about a year now. Every time I call they are super easy to work with with great customer service! The staff at the transfer station are first rate as well.

Every time we deal with the company the women running the service desk are extremely passive aggressive. They never actually help us solve any problems we have and at this point I don’t know what there job is besides brushing everything off and pretending. I would terminate them and find more respectful, problem solving receptionist.

I LOVE this recycling center!! It’s so easy to drop off glass and cardboard, and they even took our rusted out old barbecue for free!

They are always there to help. Very easy to drop stuff off, all the bins are labeled and with easy access.
