It was my first visit I loved all the staff is very profecional, they listen and they pay you a lot of attention as well the docor, they have a lot of choice in glasses 🙂
Great friendly employees. Doctors are very patient and take time to listen to you and explain your situation. They are very organized and always helpful.
Newly transferred to this practice and saw Dr Gerlach. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was helpful, friendly and extremely respectful. Highly recommend.
This place is ridiculous and I would never recommend them to anyone. You said you offered to fix the problem for my wife but that was never offered. You also said you fired my wife from your office? Why would we demand our money back and still want your services??? You are trying desperately to cover your unprofessionalism.

I got my eyeglasses from this facility. Elda was very helpful but the person who ordered my glasses at the first time had no customer service skills. She needs to be retrain. They charged me and my insurance and what I received after three times lenses correction, it is a defective (kid size) frame.
