New buildings, New campus, same bad service. First of the month noon time, 10 people in line, 2 slow tellers. It took over 30 minutes to get to transaction. Lady in front if me said she was there even longer. Lobby of unhappy people, some vocal. Avoid this branch if possible.
Spent more like wasted over 40 min. On the phone with these people. The WORST experience ever. I am trying to pay off a car loan my wife has there. I Strongly recommend DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THOS CREDIT UNION. I am 67 years old and have Never had anyone treat Me like they did
