Seacrest manages our condo association. Communication could be much better. It is hit and miss. People are nice. I suspect they are short staffed. I also suspect their software is outdated.
The worst managment company I have had to work with, they do not answer the phone, do not return voice messages do not answer emails, do not solve any issue and take as long as they want to process HOA applications they should close down

Lisa is rude and lazy. Interrupting you when you are mid sentence and has no ambition to help or get answers. She also hung up on me and refused to connect me to her supervisor.
Suddenly won’t allow residence to use Scooter or mopeds as their transportation & harassing current residents who have had dogs by saying suddenly they r dangerous when then are not a dangerous dog or breed has made me decide not want to live any where this company manages.

I switch banks and called them to set up a withdrawal with the new bank for the next month, and they end up taking my association dues out of both banks, I called this morning twice and was directed to one person left a message twice and its the end of the day and I haven’t heard back yet.
Can’t say enough about the courtesy ,cooperation and professionalism of Paula and Debbie in our Andros Isle Property Owners Management Office. I was having an issue with a work order and within an hour, my landscaping problem was corrected. Thank you!
