According to hours of operation bank is open 8am-530pm. Yet at 830am no one answers calls. Really frustrating

I opened a savings account online with TFCU. It was easy to do and the people at the branch in Bettendorf were very helpful with my questions. I recommend TFCU to anyone.
They stole $160 from me while I was trying to close my account, and denied to help me when I was trying to start building credit. Never banking through them again.
How am I supposed to get into contact with someone at an open location if all of the places have the same phone number, but not the same hours. It’s 8am, says a location is open, I can’t call because it’s the same number for every bank and that’s stupid. I have a major problem.

The worst customer service from a credit union/ bank I’ve ever experienced. Will be refinancing all of our auto loans through another credit union just so we don’t have to deal with them anymore.
I’ve been a member since I was still in Iowa. I left the State more then 5 years ago but still continue banking with them even though they don’t have any branches in my current State. I couldn’t be happier with their excellent customer services and their interest rates on loans. Keep it up TFCU.
