Would not recommend this office to anyone! No one knows what they are doing and they are very short and rude. They do not explain things before they do them. They make up possible ailments to bill for the most amount. Very unprofessional!

This place is horrible. Long waits no matter which doctor your seeing. And the women who check people in at the front desk are extremely rude and obnoxious. They should be fired for the way they treat people!
Doctors are fair and honest. Sure they’re not the cheapest around, but the quality is there year after year. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone better in the area.
Very slow service. Don’t go there unless you have a lot of time to kill. And leave your jacket in the car because it’s always 80 degrees inside. Bring a pillow.
On the GHI website your listed when I Called I spoke with a young woman by the name of Nicole she told me that they don’t take GHI as Primary insurance,. We only take secondary insurance.

Told me they took my insurance but after a few visits they said they didnt and on top of that… they couldn’t properly diagnose my problem. They just have me antibiotics which didn’t work. I ended up going to my dr in nyc which immediately knew what was going on.
If I could, I would give Pocono Eye 0 stars! Unaceptible service following the visit. Left messages that were never returned and the communication overall was terrible! Extremely disappointed and will not return Or recommend.
I came in to have my eye glases adjusted and a lense put back in place. They had everything done in 15 minutes, we’re quick to serve, and very polite. They didn’t even charge for anything! Very happy customer!
The service here was really great! The doctor was very cautious about dilating my eyes once he discovered I have narrow angles, which made me felt I was in good hands. Would highly recommend!
