Poor Customer Service, limited products, horrible technology, very fee based bank and the way they operate is very business centric. If your looking for a bank, loan or business products look elsewhere.

Nice place to bank, however the mobile app and online banking are a huge pain in the neck when it comes to the login process. The code sheet they use is so outdated it’s sad and frustrating. The staff is wonderful and that’s why this is not a one star rating.
CACL is great, but they have the most convoluted login process for online banking. I’m all for security, but there are definitely faster/more convenient ways to protect a client’s personal information than having to decode a bunch of numbers and letters from a flimsy piece of paper.

The bank seems fine. I just got a car loan with them. They allowed me to take out a loan with 0 credit, which was awesome. I just think a $5 transaction fee for any payment method is pretty ridiculous.

I made an account to have one locally, but stayed based with a credit union from my home town. I couldn’t find any sort of advantage in CACL.
