  9. I’ve tried calling at various times every day this week to set up service, and I can never get through. I have also never received a call back, which is offered through their answering machine prompts. In person they were helpful, but it is inconvenient that phones are not answered efficiently.

  10. Just really poor customer service. Really inefficient… it wouldn’t be so bad if they actually had more updated technologies to accomplish things online. If you have to actually speak to someone, plan to spend like half your day trying to resolve even a simple issue.
