Spotty service at best. Pay for an internet speed that we never see. When we call about it, they blame Cannon Air Force Base. Even if that is true, why are they claiming speeds that they can’t show.
I think this company has a very poor policy of overcharging long term customers. I had been a customer for 3 years during which they reduced their rates by $25/ month on the plan I had, but would not honor the new price without a new 2 year contract. Very dissatisfied!
