Poor customer service! All of I can say!
worst service ever very rude also
Karma gets em all they say. ( Cheats and crook ).
AND THATS BEING NICE. WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY IVE EVER USED. CROOKS
Charges the most in the state and delivers the worst service
Power out on Thanksgiving and no way contact the company.
What a joke! This co op is a joke not only here in NM but nationwide. The good old boy system is alive and well here! Customer service is horrible as well!
Very very slow, no apparent concern or follow up, went with solar instead to get water. No programs, concerns for seniors.
They literally don’t even know how to handle/file a post-dated check. It shouldn’t be too much to ask for them to not make free interest on my money before they have to.
I’ve always gone in to pay my bills in person and have always had kind and respectful customer service in the last four years.
They don’t produce electricity. They just buy it from PNM and upcharge the hell out of it. You can look at their balance sheet online and check for yourself
Anita is always very helpful with any questions or concerns I have. She knows her job very well and I appreciate her help!
I am planning on going solar with enough batteries to be essentially off grid because the power is so unreliable. On top of that they want us to pay the highest rates in the State.
i spoke with Sara she was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Sara
This woman should be fired. She could not be more rude or unprofessional. They think they can treat people like they are so above them. I hope she never gets treated the way she treats people
Get ready new electric bill January 2022 is DOUBLE ! Cost per day was $3.82 in December now it’s $6.62 per day
Owe power was out the night before for three hours and then went out again for eight hours and still out. They need to upgrade.
Service in Lemitar sucks. In past month have been without power for at least three time for two to five hours. Momentary losses at least once per day. Brown outs common. Had to buy two UPS unit to protect computer and electronic equipment. …
They literally make everything so complicated. To turn back on service of a property you own you have to provide the same paperwork that they already have on file from the previous time again. Their rules make absolutely no sense.
The coop worked for hours to help me get power back on for tenants. I can’t thank them enough. They worked until 8pm on a Friday to get it on. Thank you so much!!
They are rude and don’t know how to answer your questions in a polite manner.
I spoke with the hispanic lady thinking that she would be nicer, I was wrong!!
Lady, speaking spanish doesn’t mean that I am stupid and I don’t understand. So …
My wife and I have been trying to get a site inspection on our transformer for a couple of weeks, the alb electriton cannot connect service until Socorro coop okays it. Still no HELP, what do we do?? Power is necessary how can we get someone to do the site inspection? Please help us!!! Still waiting
It’s so upsetting to know that you cannot rely on them. Where we live the power is always glitching and turning off. We have complained multiple times so maybe the problem would get fixed but it never does. I get power goes out especially …
There is no room for discussion regarding your bill and no changing THEIR due date for payment, no exceptions! Only one of the customer service representatives are polite, and God Forbid you need to make a late payment, they turn …
I enjoy the visits while paying or opening an account.
Actually hey are very nice and professional in the office, …
The staff at the co-op are professionals. They are fair and patient. Keep up the great job of ensuring we, the members have power. Due diligence and safety are priority.
This electric co-op could be better, prices should be lower. But most of the time people are nice at the desk
This co-op is horrible. The rate we pay for power the power to not work is outrageous. The temperature where I live at the time of writing this is 4 degrees Fahrenheit and the power has been out for about 10 hrs now. Our pipes are frozen …
Actually a very good team. It might take them awhile to get to you but they sure are serious professionals. I would recommend them to anybody
This is the most unreliable and money hungry electric co-op in NM. The power goes out constantly because they refuse to upgrade or invest money into their power infrastructure. The power is always out when you need it, for example; at …
This organization (the board of trustees) actually SUED ITS ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP because it didn’t like being forced to obey transparency-related bylaws put in place by the members!! Would give ZERO stars if possible.
