Great customer service, but if you have a day job, the schedule will not fit your needs as they on open Monday to Friday 9am – 4:30 pm. If you lose your ATM card and need money they do not issue cash only checks.

PFCU had pre-aproved me for an auto loan and when I went to go and get the check to buy the car, they had added extra conditions and lowered my approved rate by over 20%. I contacted the branch manager and he fixed this mistake. Had it not been for him I wouldn’t have a car.
