Don’t expect to get a call back from a doctor or a nurse on a critically ill patient, and if you call to check up on your patient, expect to receive a healthy dose of attitude. Exasperating.

Have brought my daughter here several times and they keep releasing her without diagnosis…we had to look thru her paperwork to find out her potassium levels were low and her tests were abnormal.

You are better off going to the Bascom Hospital in San Jose. I went to the er at saint Louis for a check up to make sure everything was okay . They took blood and x Ray tests but they didn’t explain none of my results to me it seemed they just wanted me to get out of there so they can have room for more people. very unprofessional
