  11. I wished there were more 24hr locations. However the friendly hours of 8pm to 8am are nice, because most of the grocery stores open up between 5 and 6 a.m. so I can get power before my power is shut off

  12. SRP is the easiest power co. to work it, they have enough employees to help over the phone and they require less up front cost than APS and has a more friendly approach to problem resolve issues!

  13. Just kidding. More like two or three stars. Can’t seem to get Empower box online so folks can pay using app from home. No, no. They insist you go to certain grocery stores and use a machine to pre pay for power. It’s maddening. Going secret solar soon because of it.
