Not the best customer service at all takes about a week and a half to hear anything about a dispute.

I have been pleased with DSFCU now DFCU since 1983. I have no complaints. I especially like Gus at the 44th St office.
Terrible service to their customers. Wells Fargo or Chase is the way to go. Great service! Don’t waste your time here!
Their customer service isn’t the best. I paid my first bill today. I had to jump through so many hoops just to pay a bill. I hope their service improves.

Horrible, Rude customer service. Acts like a big bank without the banks or ATM’s to support. If you want to be charged fees for everything and be told no when asked for them to be refunded this is the place to go. They will rob you blind on the fees.
