Worst experience ever. Had a scheduled delivery and have waited for them to show for 2days. After numerous calls we are finally getting oil but not even close to what we scheduled. The driver was extremely rude and told us to deal with the office on Monday. That’s not how you loyal customers.
Broken furnace serviced same day by outstanding Tech who explained all issues, and what was needed. Very fair, honest service. Excellent service,highly recommended.
After a phone call to complain about a previous service, another technician came and fixed the problem. The problem still continued and the technician came back and replaced another part. The furnace is working correctly. The technician was thorough and explained everything. We are pleased.
We have had numerous problems with our old burner and old tanks. Putnams have been very responsive and have come promptly when we needed them. I can’t recommend them enough.

Terrific service on major problems after frozen pipe. On time in emergency situation, repair the same day and on the hardest to repair/replace heater they diagnosed the problem and repaired correctly. Chris and Alan did a great job. Consciousness service and patience with my many phone calls.
