I received one bill from them and then got mailings from a collection agency. When I sent money to the collection agency they never put the money toward my balance. I have always had a great experience at Woman’s Life but their billing services need to be revisited.
I gave my insurance information and now I get a collecting letter. I called the collection company and they tell me to call my insurance company to find out they billed it inaccurately. Now they don’t answer my messages. How can your insurance company pay if they can’t do it correctly?
My experience with Women’s Life Imaging was outstanding. The staff is caring and understanding. The facility is impeccable and clean. It’s very easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend for the best care possible!

My wife went there over 6 months ago and they bill us directly. They seem completely incompetent when trying to fix this with insurance company. They tell tell us that it will get fixed and they will contact our insurance. As they keep sending us bills and now they have sent it to collections. Avoid at all cost.
Apparently I am not the only one! Just received a bill from a collection agency, literally for 23.40. Never received a bill directly from Seacoast radiology for this! Did receive others bills that where paid for over the phone and never once was this small fee mentioned. Ridiculous!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Like all the other reviews, I never received a bill from them. I paid over $1K for my mammogram and was told my bill was paid in full. These people charge separately and don’t send bills. They sent me to collections while I was in the middle of refinancing my home. Will report to BBB.
