Most horrible experience ever. They choose to decline cards if they want to. i haven’t used my card for a week and i go to use it and they declined it. They have the worst customer service ever!
Worst bank I have ever dealt with! They do not return calls. They do not try to earn business they let you wait out in the cold and it is a hassle to get any answers from them. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Sat on hold to speak with member services 1hour then was told account number and routing number need to be emailed to me , never got an email. Every time I talk with member services I have an issue. I CANT DO THE JOB FOR YOU Or I WOULD! JUST SEND THE EMAIL .. SO FRUSTRATING
Can’t call and make a payment they don’t even have that feature. You MUST go to a store and pay by check or cash, have money and transfer it from their savings account, or mail it in. Most inconvenient bank I’ve ever dealt with especially if it’s not a bank you use. 0/10 def will be refinancing immediately

On hold for 2 hours, because they have been putting my loan payments to a different account. They don’t find this to be an issue worthy of their time.
