The staff was great. A little sad that it only has 3 cell phones to choose from and that we have to wait a week to get them because they dont have them on hand

Internet is very slow, sometimes can barely watch netflix. Connection very spotty, disconnects alot. Overpriced for the slow, spotty internet you receive

Honestly I only had their service because I believed it to be better than nothing now I know that simply turning my phone into a hot spot would have been better internet.

We had service in Faulkton and it was offline intermittently constantly. Customer service was slow, told me the dewpoint was impacting our service. It was off/on so much you gave up trying to stream TV or use internet.
Since we got switched to fiber everything’s been perfect, no problems. Customer service is great!!
These guys were really good, and flexible, when it came to the installation, and they did nice work. And by the way, I have really good up and down speeds since the installation.

not a bad internet company, they had some good promotions at the time so i thought i’d sign up. i’m only on month two so i can’t say this is the best review to go off of but so far i’ve had no problems and i love the auto pay i don’t even have to contact them ever unless i’m having issues.
