I find it funny that the lobby isn’t open, you can only do business through the drive through (the line is always half way down the main road) and they never answer the phones…. they are only open from 8:30-3:30…

Absolutely the worst water company in Kentucky, no courtesy calls or notifications when they are working on line’s or if a leak, will not flush the lines after being fixed, have muddy water for day’s. Somebody need’s to buy them out.
Absolutely the worst water company in somerset. They have no problem sending out your bill but take 2 months to send out your reimbursement check and give you the run around over it. Then refuse to let you speak to a manager when asking for one. Horrible customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

The ladies that work there are very polite and friendly to all and always seem to have an uppity attitude towards customers. They worked with me to be able to turn on my water today instead of waiting till Monday, which I was very pleased for that. It made my day just to know that I would be able turn on my faucets before the weekend.
