  22. The coin counting machine has not been out of service for months. When asked about it no one, including the manager on duty, knows a thing about or when it may be back in service. Other credit unions have them in service for there customers.

  23. I simply wanted to set up auto-pay for my truck loan with them. They had me running in circles… completely unorganized and had no system or procedure for it. After only two over the phone payments (which they charge an extra $10 fee for) I refinanced the loan with another bank. This bank is a joke.
