When I called for an appointment, they had me in the next day. I tild the nurse my concern & she scheduled in as soon as possible. The Dr. also took my concerns very serious. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences at Richland Medical Clinic & their Hospital.

Very frustrating that the left hand doesn’t speak to the right hand. Appointment made almost 2 months ago and received a call that my appointment was canceled while sitting in the lobby waiting with no receptionist.
Took my son to urgent care and received excellent service from the front desk, to the medical assistant to the pa.
My video conferencing with Dr wright went extremely well, it was very timely to be able to do this and with covid-19 it was very safe. I would be more than happy to do more of these video conferences.

I felt my appointment was handled in a timely manner. I was treated very professionally by all staff and feel my concerns were listened to and answered. Setting up future surgery and other affiliated appointments were completed efficiently by reception staff.
You have an insurance claims lady there and it’s not a bad thing if she wants to work part time that’s great but you need to get another part-time person in there so that stuff can be filed in a timely manner I’ve been dealing with this for three weeks going on for and I’m not getting anywhere yet
