I have been going to Westside dental for well over 10 years. The service I received has always been professional and friendly. Today I had a cleaning with Natalie and she did an excellent job.

The service and care we receive at Dr. Ziino’s is the best. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or an emergency root canal, they make sure we are taken care of on the spot. Kudos to everyone from Donna in front to Dr. Ziino in back (and everyone in between!).

The lady who answer the phone was rude to me. I think the medical community forgets that customer service is important. Many people in Dane County do not have Dental insurance, this does not give you the right to treat me any different than any other person. I am a person please, treat me as one.
Dr. Ziino is a master artisan. He could make you mouth beautiful blindfolded, so imagine what he does fully sighted! They are a dying breed, go there now and get an appointment. Dr. Brown isn’t bad either.

We live near Middleton but make the trek to Sun Prairie because Westside Dental is that good. Initially, I thought I could get away with having my three girls go to a dentist in town (for convenience), but the cleaning was not as thorough. You won’t find a more seasoned, conscientious and amazing group as the staff at Westside Dental.
