This hospital is a joke.
If you’re able go somewhere else.
The best stuff ever, good luck.
Have gone here for labs and urgent care. I’ve always gotten excellent carw
I would give you nothing if I could. You treated me like a withdrawaling addict, because I was vomiting and throwing up. This place is terrible and everyone I talk to thinks the staff is horrible.
Staff was nice but very disorganized went in for an infusion 2 different days they didn’t even know I was coming didn’t even know if they had the medication very terrible service doctor really didn’t tell me anything that was going on …
Went in to urgent care for a really bad inner ear infection. Doctors and nurses were great and took care of me fast. Nice facility.
Been here multiple times and always leave with the wrong diagnose for my injury and always need to go to Madison. Treat patients like a number and not a person. So pathetic at stoughton hospital. Be very cautious going here.
Sat in urgent care for hours for a bad cold, only to receive a nebulizer treatment, get asked a few questions, and receive a doctors note. I can tell you right now, it was not busy at all.
I had severe dehydration due to food poisoning. When I got to the Hospital the staff cold not have been better. The Doctor and Nurses were very attentive.
I gave it to because there was some good nurses there. However, very disappointed with the receptionist who did not listen and then went 10 miles down the road on her own spiel. Praying for my brother
Daughter was taken the ER today cause she was found unresponsive. Told by rude old lady at desk that only one person can see her today! This is messed up, I dont care whats going on. To hell with this place.
I was an out-of-state patient who had BHR surgery under the care of Dr. Rogerson. I have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities at Stoughton – dedicated and highly professional from the admissions process until discharge. I could not have asked for better care.
This review is for the Stoughton Hospital Sleep Test Clinic/Center. Not the Stoughton Hospital in general. Most people that works here are friendly, competent and provide good services, except for this one center. I’m just perplexed by my …
Their care and treatment are fine, but their billing department sucks. They have not sent me a bill in months, and the next thing I know, I get a letter from a collections agency. How do I pay my bill if I don’t know what I owe, or for that matter, my account number, since my online “account” with the hospital doesn’t know it either?
Went to urgent care this morning at 7:45am and was helped by a wonderful receptionist and nurse, quickly seen by a very nice doctor, got test results quickly, medications prescribed, and was out of there before 8:40am! Everyone wished me well on my way out ❤ It was a excellent experience.
We took our 10 year old son here…we usually go to UW ER as he has a complicated medical history, but knowing how it is at the UW urgent care/ER this time of year, we decided to go to Stoughton Urgent Care to get him checked over. I’m so …
Stoughton hospital takes advantage of sick patients in need of care and should be ashamed of themselves. I just received a $700 bill for a 15 minute urgent care visit for something as simple as a UTI. $161 for a “room charge” for a room I …
I went in to the Urgent Care for a broken arm. I was seen by a Nurse Practioner or equivalent. …
I can say im extremely dissapointed with not only the care Ive recieved but the customer service as well. After years of care with them i will refuse to recieve healthcare before returning to Stoughton Hospital. I have been talked down to …
Easily the most judgmental and uncaring business I have ever patronized. Was treated poorly both on the front end by the providers and on the back end by the billing office. This all happened mid-last year and I was going to forget the …
As a nurse I can recognize good care and the care i received from Dr. Tripp was terrible. The nurses and ER tech were compassionate and competent. I have had three awful experiences with Stoughton ER. The last two incidents involved the ER …
I went at least a dozen times to this hospital they said I was not dying so if I don’t die anytime soon they earned the 5 star
Just recently went to Stoughton Hospital(General Surgery Clinic). I cannot say enough on how wonderful the team is there. Dr. Schwaab is great and Samantha has been beyond helpful. She has single handedly helped more in one visit than previous hospitals have in 10 visits. I am so grateful for their services.
Someone close to me recently had an awful experience with Stoughton Hospital. The treatment itself was fine, but the bill was outrageous. They charged her four times the amount of what the needed treatment usually costs. She followed up on …
I had hip replacement there-and follow-up and it was A+.. but sadley can’t say that with ER when went there running high fever and sick with covid-19. I was told to go there so had to drive there with 103.3 fever ( 7 mile drive) – …
Excellent resource for Stoughton and surrounding areas. I have been both an outpatient and inpatient, receiving excellent care in every situation. My only suggestion is I wish they offered Pulmonary Rehab in Stoughton. Currently only …
Best hospital I’ve ever been in. Had routine knee replacement surgery, then had some A-Fib problems, and the nurses were right on it and got me the proper care immediately. …
My experience with the Stoughton Hospital Urgent care has been hit or miss to put it lightly. I’ve been three times over the past 2 years. The most recent time I had the privilege of having Peter Stier MD as my doctor. He was very attentive …
Our daughter had surgery here and it was a mess. From telling us only one caregiver per patient even though the sign said two per pediatric patient (we said repeatedly our daughter was having surgery), from registration confusing my …
Over the past 3 months I have had to undergo 2 different surgeries, one emergent and one non-emergent. They were both performed at Stoughton Hospital. The first surgery was done very early on a Saturday morning. Once they determined I …
Gave one star because that is the least I can select.
Staff does not communicate with each other and patient or read Doctors notes for care and other instructions. Would never go there for any kind of health issue! …
People answering phones/switchboard for the ER need more training about HIPAA and customer service.
The lady I talked to today (8/26 around 5pm) wouldn’t look into my file to see …
The urgent care and ER staff here are amazing. Every time I have been here for urgent medical issues at any time of the day, I have always had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend especially if you live nearby and don’t want to drive into Madison.
Everyone on the 2nd floor, were amazing, was there for my colonoscopy. They all desire a 10 rating.
I went to the ER Sunday morning 11-7 with a terrible pain in my hip, come to find out after x-rays it was broken? Then l was informed they were going to admit me and schedule surgery for Monday!!! Scared absolutely!!! My nurse Scott was …
Wonderful Emergency Staff…
We came in and could tell they care about the job. They made sure she was …
The Urgent Care staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well organized. I feel so much better for having gone there today!
Thank you all for your time and commitment.
I didn’t really want to post but now I am seeing a lot of negligence posts and I feel like it is not fair for people to not know. almost every visit I have had with Stoughton hospital has been bad. The most recent was with my daughter when …
We started in the er and ended up inpatient. Both experiences where great. It was the fastest er experience we have ever had. They were thorough with testing and fast response. My husband ended up being admitted. The room was large and …
This review is for the Geriatric Psychiatry Unit. One star is the lowest possible. Send your loved one here if you want them to take a trip back to a 19th century insane asylum. They’ll be incompetently treated, over-medicated, isolated, …
