Princeton Nassau Pediatrics Reviews ( 198 )

  1. All of the doctors we have met are great. The nurses are friendly and have been helpful every time I’ve gone. My son was sick and they were able to fit us in quickly to see the doctor.

  2. I love that there are multiple locations and you can bring your child in on the weekends, if he/she is sick. We’ve had to switch a couple doctors in the process – personally, I would not recommend Dr. Harvey at all – she gave us very poor …

  3. We absolutely love this practice. Every single doctor we’ve seen is kind, patient (with both the kids and the parents), and extremely knowledgeable. They are responsive in the portal and have always been able to see us whenever I have any concerns. Highly recommend.

  4. This practice never let’s me down! Seeing my kid on a weekend is huge – exam/test/diagnosis/prescription and afternoon my kid already felt better! Thank you Dr. Vater!

  5. I tried to schedule an appointment for a new patient and the front desk literally sucks.she put me on hold for a long time and disconnected my call.
I would not want to go to this pediatrics irrespective of how the doctors are.
Please change your front desk administration.

  6. I have been going here for 8 years… love the doctors and the staff so much that we travel over an hour for checkups and sick visits … I would not trust my 3 children with any other pediatrians.

  7. Pathetic and unorganized clerical staff and rude receptionist .they keep on long waits plus no clear answer when your child is sick.medical record facility doesnt contact you or help u to transfer the records.I am not happy big no no …

  8. We switched from a different practice before the birth of our second child. I’m a die-hard fan of everyone there, the same day sick visits, and “speaking to a nurse” about our situation (we have many in our home).

  9. I need a physical exam form for my 10-year-old’s sleep-away camp asap. I got to the Princeton office and had it done within 10 minutes while I was there! Great customer service:)

  10. Now that I’m an adult I am coming across very serious issues that should have been caught when I was being seen here for my first 19 years like a heart birth defect. Please don’t take your kids here, they missed so many of my issues and …

  11. I was put on hold several times during a call. The receptionist didn’t know anything and was extremely rude. I want to take my child to a pediatrics where people care deeply about other people. But this place is far from being even nice. I …

  12. They just dropped our special needs son, who’s been seen his entire life there, as they’ve decided to no longer take his insurance which is thru medicare. So obviously money is more important to this practice than the care and well being of a child with many needs. Extremely disappointing to say the least.

  13. We moved to this area recently and got stuck with these Beggars…. If you dont pay your bill amount such as $25.00 within 3 months, these beggars will charge you $20.00 late fee. We called the number on the bill for payment and it never …

  14. Cost is very expensive but Merle Redding the nurse was so perfect and kind. She is so understanding and helpful. I got a good impression because of her.

  15. PN Peds are the BEST! Not only do they help you for general, everyday problems, but they are always available by phone through nursing and receptionists. The wait times are not long and they are efficient. And, the one time there was an …

  16. I’ve never seen such rude people in any Dr’s office like the people working in the Princeton Nassau Pediatric business office!!!
My kids’ regular check up bill came to me saying my insurance id was invalid. I …

  17. I had a very poor experience when I was told to call the business office to see if they took my insurance. Before I was even able to finish my sentence I had a woman by the name of Lucia cut me off and say we aren’t accepting new patients. …

  18. They gave us incorrect information on our vaccine records that we received from them. It seems there may be an issue with their computer system or someone had made a human error. Overall we liked working with Dr. Kwong at this location. We felt she was very professional and knowledgeable.

  19. I was convinced my 5 year old daughter needed her appendix out- and was scared to death (and she was in a lot of pain). We weren’t even patients at the practice yet (we moved here not long ago) but when I called at 8:30am they were able to …

  20. I don’t understand the negative reviews here. Our child is seen mostly in the Princeton and Pennington offices. Appts are easy to come by, and we’ve only occasionally had to see someone who is not our regular pediatrician (when we needed …

  21. they may have some good doctors but their desk people and the business system is in mess. you always have to wait 5-10 min on the phone to get a hold of nurse to talk to and they are extremly slow in understanding and taking action of your …

  22. I have to take a deep breath before writing this review so I don’t cry. We recently moved from NY to NJ and were in search of a new pediatrician. Our friends’ daughter sees a physician here and gave the practice glowing reviews, so I …

  23. I find it hard to believe after explaining my situation to the financial office ( Lucille) that we could not come to terms or there is no one else in this organization that I could speak with regarding the care of my son. I was met with …

  24. The problem with reviewing PNP is that the Pediatricians are great, but the Business office staff needs new people and a new Billing manager. Trying to have them bill my insurance but “Lucille” says that they don’t take my insurance. Even …

  25. We have moved away and we sure miss this place! Dr Naddelman was the pediatrician for both of our boys. We trusted him and felt like he treated us like family. He listened to us and really cared for us. He was patient with me as a new sleep-deprived mom. He is one of the best pediatricians out there!

  26. Couldn’t be more happy with this practice! Everyone I met when I moved here uses them and I kept hearing about how good they are, so I figured I would try them. I rarely write reviews, but they have gone above and beyond for me when my …

  27. Doctors are really good but their appointment system sucks, you have to be on call for looong time to book an appointment and then there will be a long wait after you reach dr office as well

  28. I love Dr. Socha so much – she’s the best of the 4 peds we’ve seen for our 1 year old baby since birth. She’s patient, thorough, warm, loving, and balanced. I adore her. The receptionist and staff seem very nice so far too. I’m really happy here and I’m not easy to please when it comes to my baby!

  29. Princeton Nassau Pediatric should change their mission statement which talk about to put patient and their families first. I took appointment to show my sick child and inform at the time of appointment that I may be late for few minutes. I …

  30. My doctor is adorable and knowledgeable, which is what i care about. But as a bonus rest of the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Needless to say that they are always ready to see a sick child but if the regular pediatrician is …

  31. We go to whichever office we can get an appointment to for our twins to see Mr. Mandelbaum, so either Princeton, West Windsor, or Skillman. They have been patients for four months only, but have required lots of visits, as they were born at …

  32. Yesterday afternoon, I took my 11 year old child to be seen by Dr. Nicole Bronson after he was having difficulty with some food going down his esophagus. She was very helpful, informative, and gracious during the visit. She also checked on …

  33. Knowledgeable doctors and friendly staff. Love that they have weekend hours for emergency visits. Much better than having to go to an urgent care.

  34. Dr Giasi has been the doctor for my children for the last 12 years since my first was born. He is knowledgeable and patient. Being a parent himself he can relate to my concerns. I never feel rushed at appointment or that any question I have is not important.

  35. Great doctors, very knowledgeable and always available when you need them. Every doctor that we have had there has been great, especially Dr. Bronson!

  36. Updated Review, this doctors office is only good as it’s business office. Which to say at the least is horrible, the lack of any type of professionalism that you would expect from a business office is quite apparent. Some of the old …

  37. I cannot say enough great things about this office! They get you in immediately for any sick visits and can even save you time by speaking with a nurse first. The after hours line is so reassuring for the middle of the night issues that pop …

  38. Our doctor has been fantastic (Dorfman). He is patient with us as first-time parents and has put us at ease many a time. Our appointments never feel rushed and he is very thorough and detail-oriented. The other doctors we’ve met with for …

  39. Wish I could get PNP more than 5 stars! Their entire staff is so friendly and warm, and always accommodating, especially with those frantic high fever or ear infection calls. They always get us in within a couple of hours, and are so great …

  40. Friendly staff. We really like Dr. Kwong. She’s Ben our primary pediatrician since our daughter’s very first check up. She is practical, understanding, and very reassuring. Love the nurses phone line – though we did have an issue with no …

  41. This is an amazing pediatric practice. We are always taken in on time. I really appreciate that they have a sick and well waiting room. Our regular doctor is Dr Pierson whom we love, but we’ve also seen many others for sick visits etc and …

  42. We used to see Dr. Kwong, who was great, but were blind-sided when PNP suddenly refused to take our insurance. To date, the PNP website lists our insurance as being an accepted carrier. I was also able to confirm with our insurance …

  43. Very bad experience. Avoid them. I was on call for appointment more than half hour and when my turns came. The lady over the phone was very much nonprofessional and she even didn’t hear my question and hanged up on me. Avoid them please

  44. The doctors are excellent. However, their billing/business office has been completely unreachable after multiple tries on various days. Their voicemail is always full and there is no option to email anyone at the business office. Our only …

  45. Both of our children are patients here, and have been since they were born. I attended an open house while still pregnant and was won over by Dr. Pellegrino’s pragmatism and the obvious love he has of his work. This is a practice full of …

  46. We came here after having traumatic experiences with my child at the last pediatrician. I searched all over NJ for the best pediatrician for my child who had become very anxious about the doctors office. We’d tried plenty physicians before …

  47. Responsive, helpful, and available. Office visits have always been on time. Very good recommendations for subspecialty referrals. Dr. Bronson is wonderful and very knowledgeable.

  48. We are new in town and we were given many suggestions on which pediatrics practice to choose. PNP in general has met our needs. No complaints. …

  49. My husband brought our 24 month-old in for a nasty cough this weekend. They saw Dr. Doyle in Princeton and she was wonderful. Dr. Doyle spoke to our daughter like she was a sentient human being (because she is!) and explained what would …

  50. We have been going here with our newborn and absolutely love Dr. Doyle. She has awesome bedside manner, listens, is compassionate and reassuring, and clearly has great expertise as a pediatrician, highly recommend!

  51. Both of my kids have been going to Princeton Nassau pediatrics since they were born and we absolutely love it there! We see Dr. Helmrich and he is wonderful! We have also seen a few other doctors on sick appointments and they have all been equally great! Can’t say enough good things about this practice.

  52. Dr Rivers at Princeton Nassau pediatrics is an awesome Pediatrician for both my sons. She has lot of patience talking to the kids and listening to any queries or concerns we have. She has been the best pediatrician my kids had.

  53. I was advised to go online and research my daughter’s issue. The over the counter recommendation did not work. Did my own research and found something with good reviews that did work. Was a pointless visit.

  54. They do a very good job of triaging sick or injured kids over phone/text messaging and usually see them the same day (even on evenings, weekends, holidays) preventing countless trips to the emergency dept. This is priceless!

  55. Absolutely useless business office. It is very difficult to get ahold of a office person there. I have been going back and forth with my insurance carrier and the business office for “simple information change” due to needing additional …

  56. Our kid had a pretty bad open cut on his forehead when playing in the playground. We kind of panicked and went to Nassau Pediatrics immediately and didn’t even call to make an appointment. The staff helped us nevertheless. Dr. Pellegrino …

  61. The physicians at PNP are amazing and thorough. We have been more than pleased with the care of our children. Dr. Pelligrino consistently takes time to get to know his patients, listens attentively to parent concerns and provides sound rationale for clinical decisions.

  62. My three children and I have full confidence and trust with all the doctors and staff we have seen at PNP. As a health care provider for children myself I feel more than fortunate to have this wonderful practice so close to home. We have …

  66. Our Dr. Is great! However, we had to wait over 50 mins in the examination rm. to see her. I was stuck with two young kids and not prepared. It was torture. They have to do a better job with the scheduling system.

  67. The staff is friendly and follow-ups are prompt. We have been taking our baby here for a year now & the doctors expertise are on-point. Kudos to the Princeton nassau pediatrics group!

  68. We have generally liked this practice group and have been with them since the birth of our daughter however we were extremely disappointed today. We have been to PNP over a dozen times and have had to wait. Today, despite the terrible …

  69. We love the team in Princeton practice and specifically Dr Farrington. She is smart, attentive, open, has a great personality and I feel she cares about my two daughters. Hope she stays until my daughters are no more kids 😊 …

  70. Doctors are great. But you will hold for at least a half hour every time you call. It’s absolutely impossible to easily schedule anything. They are either understaffed or just completely incompetent. I was in the office and tried to …

  71. We just joined the practice after loving to the area. Prior practice (TriBeCa pediatrics) we loved, and is tough to match. First visit here was amazing. Dr. Negroponte is fantastic. Kind, understanding and patient. So thrilled to have picked this practice.

  72. Would usually do 5 stars for this practice because I feel the doctors and staff are great. Unfortunately for my last visit all was well until the doctor wanted to give my sons FIVE vaccines at once. I have experience in the past when my son …

  73. Doctors are okay; they see so many patients that cultivating a relationship with them is not possible, and some are borderline rude. But they get the job done. Wait time for calling to make a same-day sick appointment can take more than 30 …

  76. I believe they are all good doctors and I do not mean to question their capacity. However, I don’t like their ‘wait and see’ style. You would not wait and see when a truck went through your kids. …

  77. The office was very crowded during the flu shot clinic, but patients were moved through quickly and efficiently. And even with the crowd in the waiting room, the injection nurse let my oldest compose himself and take a few deep breaths, waiting for him to announce he was ready before administering his shot. I really appreciate it!

  78. I love this office! Ever since we’ve moved to jersey I’ve taken all 3 of my boys there and it’s always an amazing experience from the staff to the doctors ! I’m so happy with the everything especially the wait time! Your in on your …

  81. I feel that my kids are in very safe hands. All the doctors and nurses here are very diligent and give utmost care. This is our daughters pead for the last 5 years and counting and also now for our newborn. And a big shout out to Dr. Steve who is the primary pediatrician for both our kids.

  82. Second child new born check up went amazing. The doctor and nurse made my toddler feel involved and gave her stickers to help it not feel like it was all about the new baby! Everyone there is excellent. 100 stars!

  83. Always impressed with the pediatricians at PNP, especially Dr. Doyle. Dr. Doyle is an extremely caring doctor and is always thorough during each exam. She has gotten to know my daughter and my daughter feels very comfortable with her. A combination of knowledge, experience , and compassion makes Dr. Doyle one of a kind.

  84. Very bad experience with a doctor we had never met for my son’s appointment before he joined school. My son got accepted last minute and therefore we ended up scampering to get a last minute appointment with someone we had never met before. …

  85. Our three kids have all had very good care from their primary doctor in West Windsor, and all of the other doctors we’ve seen for same-day appointments (sprains, ticks, etc.). They have been experienced, patient, and caring. We like that there is a lab inside the practice, too.

  86. Everyone was very friendly throughout the appointment. We entered the office and we were able to see my daughter’s doctor right away. The doctor was very informative. I highly recommend Dr Anna Socha. She took the time to answer all of our questions and gave my daughter (16 year old) valuable recommendations for her health.
