Been with them since I was a child when my parents opened my first account for me. Only thing that stinks are their hours during the week and especially on the weekends. Very difficult to get there
This bank is horrible, they constantly have issues with they’re system and won’t let you withdraw your money, but are still willing to take deposits. No help for the consumer at all.

This credit union offers the worst telephone customer service ever. Specifically Dawn and Donna. They are rude and do not know what they are talking about! I have been with this credit union for over 30 years and never experienced anything like it!

Lost title in the mail, after we paid the vehicle off. Not accepting responsibility for such, very polite- but zero accountability for sending the title via mail with no tracking information. And now no title.
Had an issue with fraud and it was taken care of quickly. The people that I worked with were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the problem was resolved in 2 days. Thank you again!
Aston operation staffs needs to treat everyone with respect no matter their race or color. Great people at the top management but lower levels needs more training on the way they talk to people.

Credit unions are better than banks. Always takes forever at the drive through. Plan on long waits.
How long would you or should you wait for anyone to pick up the phone? 20 minutes, 30 minutes… Still waiting for a representative to pick up!!! Clients do not have this much time to wait.
I do really like sun east federal credit union but their branches need teir own direct phone numbers I called the 800 number and the 610 number to get to the aston branch I have to dial an extension just to get a voice mail and hope they call us back when we’re available all of us aren’t computer savvy it takes away the personal touch

Have been waiting in line at the drive through for 18 minutes. The teller is taking on average 10 minutes per customer. Either use more tellers or hire faster ones. 14 minutes of my wait was at the speaker. So I wasn’t waiting for anyone in front of me. There were not even a lot of cars in line. Just slow service.

Had them for years and this year it has declined so much. I’ve had to get over 5 new debit cards due to their fraud system consistently shutting off my card. Phone service is not that great either I’ve had one woman who turned it back on for me the others said they can’t.
