The management and service is so much worse than any place I lived in Manhattan. They won’t even accommodate for move in date, force people to pay an entire extra month of rent if you want to move in at the end of the month.
Enjoyed living at these apartments when I was in Philly, but have been trying to get the rest of my security deposit back for 4 months and no one will respond.
Had an issue with the upper floor installing an AC which kept loudly dripping water onto my AC. Left uch a voicemail since they were done for the day last week and never got back from them.
