The expensive message equipment supplied by Tactile has turned out to be a piece of junk. Have replied to their request for review and tried to contact by telephone many times wanting to know whether to return the equipment to them or just trash it. They keep on hold for ever without a live person answering the phone.

I don’t know what I would do without my flexitouch machine. I have used it every day for over 15 years(exception when traveling internationally) due to losing lymph nodes during cancer surgery. Without it my leg swells and have also had cellulitis. The customer service staff is outstanding. Thank you tactile!
