Good luck getting a person on the phone to schedule a followup on tests. Also, you never know who your dr is. It’s maddening: I left three voicemails and email bantered for days trying to get someone on the phone. I gave up and transferred.

My visit was Pleasant. All the Staff – Front Desk, Nurses and Doctor’s made me feel very comfortable and they were very organized. Making sure I had all my questions answered and was very aware of each step of the procedure.

My experience was excellent. I felt safe in the reception area. I was quickly ushered to a room and Dr Bhatia soon arrived. She was genuinely friendly, asked pertinent questions, and listened to my concerns. She patiently and clearly defined an action plan, and I was soon on my way. All staff personnel were friendly and helpful.
