Their billing as well as insurance departments are unhelpful and impatient despite attempts at communication and understanding.
They don’t answer the phone and always have phone or internet issues. The old women at reception struggle with 90s tech. Find another place because admin will drive you insane.
My doctor is amazing but the nurses that your suppose to be able to call and ask questions never answer, or call back or do as they say they will.

Zero stars. Sounds like I’m not alone based on a lot of these reviews. I’ve been trying to call and get my medical records for over a month and can’t get anyone on the phone or to call me back. Absolutely unacceptable.
I don’t know what’s happened to this place. It used to be the best in Nashville. Now it’s like a cardboard covered ghost town. All of the good doctors are gone, me too. ✌
Never give them a deposit until you see the EOB from insurance, you will never get that money back. They have issues with the BBB and I am sure in the near future legal troubles behind that…
Went for an appointment and waiting for over an hour to be told the specialists was not coming in. When we first arrived and checked in the front desk admin rolled her eyes! Very unprofessional and a waste of me and my husbands time.
BEWARE: this business has lots of complaints with the BBB for not handling refunds, billing errors, etc. correctly and honestly. Do your research before going. Channel 4 news did a segment if you want to check their website.
Dr. Dunn is wonderful, however, the wait time on the phone to make an appointment of have medical records faxed is terrible. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what the problem is, but its ridiculous.
I visited the office in Murfreesboro and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I followed Dr Salter from her previous office, but I’ve also seen Dr Christman and Dr Leinart. All good people. Have not had any issues with billing as many others have, but my visits have mostly been routine visits and covered by my insurance.
Dr Bellardo is fantastic. The billing and office is horrible. It’s nearly been a year and we still have not received our refund. Pro tip: DO NOT PAY UPFRONT. DO NOT CHANGE INSURANCE HALFWAY THROUGH. YOU WILL HAVE A BAD TIME. That is all.
I’ve had two doctors here and never had anything but the best care. These women are caring and welcoming and always put my mind at ease. I’ve never had any trouble getting an appointment and they always answer all my questions with patience. I will continue to come here for years to come.
