The staff at Shofner Vision Center is excellent. However, at my past several annual visits, Dr. Shofner has been at least 45-60 minutes late. At each visit, he tries to get me to buy plugs for my tear ducts, which I have tried numerous times and which don’t work. I feel like he is more salesman than doc.
