Horrible billing process, unable to pay or look at statements online. 90% of the time you just have to leave a voicemail with the billing office. Nightmare to get information.
Way over priced. Doctors taking advantage of people with outrageous fees. There are lots of great physicians who have more realistic less expoltive pricing. IM not Neuro surgery
Attentive staff, responsive and friendly. As noted in another review, the cafeteria is in the lobby so maybe not the best if you are fasting for a procedure, but the overall layout was very good and we were quite happy with the service we received.

I have had 3 procedures at WMC and each time they have consistently been friendly, professional, and caring. Prior to each procedure I received phone calls/messages explaining procedures and insuring I am aware of each process and answering any questions I may have had. I trust these professionals with my life and those of my family.

Went into the ER, had vital signs/x-rays taken, nothing else, billed the insurance company over $3,400. Aside from a prescription for a pain medication that I could not tolerate, I was not treated in any other way and was told that it was just a matter of time before my injury would heal.
