Depends on the day who is there. Some days are nice other days rude employees. Last few times been in there hasn’t been good. Thinking of switching banks.
My card is always being put on hold when I’m shopping online which rn there’s no other way of shopping and there’s no one available to take the hold off on the weekend. No number to call no one to help nothing. This is ridiculous.

Their chip cards fail constantly if used normally. Went to check in to get a new card for the 20th time and that system is bad also.Says it’s not busy but line to the door. Just another bank making money for the rich.
