This place is an absolute joke. The staff don’t listen to their patients concerns and you have to leave multiple messages to try to get a response from them. I certainly won’t be back or trust them with my health after the way I’ve been treated.
Some staff were quite kind and helpful. But many others did not listen to patients, suggested andhand insisted on harmful treatment, were very rude and dismissive, were transphobic, couldn’t even get names right,a or refused to help with basic administrative tasks.
