Wind knocked my wifi dish off the roof. The man came to me on his TIME OFF and had a new antenna and rod placed in less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable customer service. This is not to mention this had been the one and only time that my wifi was out of service. Very reliable internet quality at the speed they advertised.

We rarely have outages, they are very responsive to issues, and they are always trying to improve our already excellent internet service. We live in a difficult to service location(too many trees in the way) and even though they can not get us the speeds they would like we have no problem streaming multiple screens at the same time.
