Pretty terrible customer service. A few of the people I’ve had to talk to who answer the phones including some managers seem to get off on not helping you or just being overall difficult
I like this bank and their rates. I just wished if I have a passcode they dont ask out loud for it so everyone can here it. What’s the point if ur yelling out ur numbers for all to hear especially in the drive through when I send my ID and my account t number in. Why?

The tellers at the drive thru was rude and inconsiderate
App is garbage. Can’t deposit checks on it. Can’t get ahold of them without being on hold for 10 minutes. Ordered a debit card 6 weeks ago. Still haven’t gotten it. I live 900 miles away so I can’t just go in. They used to be much better.
