We have low water pressure issues in our neighborhood. I was told basically ‘that’s just the way it is in your neighborhood.’ Since we pay about the highest water rates in the entire county of San Diego you would think Padre Dam could use some of their brain power to solve the problem. Dream on.

More expensive than other water districts around the area. This water district is twice as much as the other water districts. For the first year of your account they charge extra money for the sewer line than after the first year they lower the sewer line.

Called today for a better uderstanding of my bill and for help locating my water meter. Absolutely professional and pleasant service. The technician called us back in less than 30 minutes explaining where the meter was. We were also offered in person help finding it. Great experience!
