  1. Why am I paying for my internet to go out 1:00 pm, 7:00 pm and 8:00 am, it’s been happening for almost a month now and I’d understand if I was warned that they were working on lines or things but I don’t think they realize when it’s out until somebody tells them

  4. Their internet service is a joke and the customer service is terrible. We were told for months that they would be fixing issues on their end and nothing ever changed. The last straw for us was when we called and we’re told that they could come get the equipment if we were unhappy and that there are other service providers out there.

  15. Absolute garbage Wi-Fi, after 8:00 pm we don’t have any Wi-Fi until early the next day. It’s been like this for at least a month and all they’ve given us was a free month of Wi-Fi, as if that helps our problem.   19. Haven’t had trouble till recently.Been having horrible connection it seems about after 6 or so it’s none existing pay for 10 mb and the speed test ( when internet is working) is not even 1mb avg about 0.50mb will be switching to sparklight after this month if not sooner
