Parks & Sons of Sun City, Inc. provides impeccable service to customers in the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. In operation since 1964, we specialize in commercial, residential, and industrial waste and recycling services. In addition to keeping your community clean and beautiful, we take great pride in offering our customers prompt, efficient, and courteous trash collection.Parks & Sons is committed to working with customers to help protect the environment. In fact, in 2009 we expanded our recycling efforts by implementing three state-of-the art single-stream programs offered to commercial and residential customers. In these programs, paper, plastics, glass, aluminum/tin, and cardboard are all collected in a single receptacle, taken to a municipal recycling facility, and eventually reproduced into consumer goods. It our hope to continue working with our customers and vendors to develop and implement innovative programs such as these in order to reduce the negative impact on the natural environment.

  5. Yeah, they are sticklers about protocol but wearer treated humanely with a slightly overpacked dumpster….a board was sticking up. They took the time to explain that there is a rolling cover and the contents HAVE to be below the line.

  6. They are a five star company, but lately my garbage is not being picked up. I heard the truck this morning and went outside this morning several hours after hearing the truck, and my trash was still filled .. 2nd time this month.

I agree with those who say ignore the bad reviews.. this firm does all it’s supposed to do, and does it well.. we’ve been customers for 6 years with out ONE glitch, the workers are fast and friendly.. renting a dumpster is easy and cheap, and bottom line is they do the city’s dirty work and do it well.. I’m proud to be a customer!

  8. They have the absolute worst customer service. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return voice mails, they do not reply to emails. Customer service worse than United Airlines & Verizon Wireless.

  11. I am one of those people who do not have a lot of trash or recycling so i might only put my cans out for pickup once a month but yet they only offer one size of can and one type of plan so I’m stuck paying $19 a month for a service i barely use.
