If you’re frustrated with dealing with big medical system communication and sickly phone tree failures like I have been, I can’t recommend Physicians Express enough. I was treated with excellent care, short wait time and a friendly atmosphere. This is healthy medical care!

Taking incredibly long to get checked in and through to the back, waited over an hour and a half just to be rushed in and out. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth the wait.

Do not even get to see a doctor although based on what they charge did not see a discount for only seeing a physitions assist, they when you call to request an additional perscription they tell you you have to come in again, for what to see a PA again…
Rip Off. You go in for a physical which is covered then they make you come back to go over your results and charge you an additional office visit fee. Most times you are seen by a PA.

This office is terrible and unsafe. The doctors made inaccurate assumptions without testing that led to disastrous health consequences. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I went to pick up my antibiotic prescription from the pharmacy I requested only to find out they sent it to the wrong pharmacy on the other side of town. Now have to go out of my way to get my medicine. It shouldn’t be hard to send it to the correct pharmacy.
