Most of the staff is ok. Some don’t care. There is NO way to get ahold of the doctor you see. No one calls back. No one gets messages. No one answers anything. It’s ridiculous. When you speak to the doctor it’s great, but when you need something outside of that appointment, forget it. There’s no help.
I made an appointment online to get my booster shot and the whole process was super simple. The nurse that handled my vaccination was amazing. Very thorough and understanding! The staff are always super nice as well! I chose to do the drive-thru and I would definitely recommend it.
