Always had good service before. But who ever the lady is answering the phones needs to retire! She’s angry and lacks any customer sevice skills. She was as rude. No reason for it just hateful.
I called simply to learn if a property is in their district. My first question brought hostile, quarrelsome answer from lady who answers the phone. Wow. If this is the quality of employee they keep, I can’t imagine what the experience would be if you actually had a problem. So unprofessional.
My landlord had an overdue bill, which is not their fault, but the customer service representative I called to ask about the issue was extremely rude and unhelpful. Here’s a hint, if you work in a service industry and your job is customer service. Try being courteous or find a new job!
