A very special thank you to the gentleman that came out to turn our water off this morning because our pressure regulator went bad and for coming back out this evening to turn it back on. He was very nice to us. Thank you again kind sir.
No notice at all, they will just turn off your water. The fees to get it back on are more than your bill, so there is no way to afford to get it back on, plus the longer you can’t afford it, the more fees they charge. No compassion. They won’t even tell you the resources that can help pay utilities like St. Vincent De Paul.
This is the worst water district I’ve ever had to deal with. The manager and employees are very rude and take their sweet time doing anything. Unless it benefits them. If I could use another service provider I would. This place is awful and …
Most crooked “business” we have ever had the unfortunate experience dealing with. Also unfortunately there is no option to change or we would in a heartbeat. Someone on the outside needs to investigate them as they seem to govern themselves and always in their favor……
