Here’s an idea! How about actually having a live person answer the scheduling line, so an appointment can be confirmed! Wouldn’t that be a good idea!!! Something for top management to chew on!

Do not go to this clinic. The worst and unprofessional front desk staffs I have ever experienced. They do not care. Sadly, I will never refer or go for this clinic ever again.
I have visited the medical and eye clinic a few times this summer and have been very impressed with the doctors and staff at this clinic. I will definitely continue to come to Open Cities for my health concerns!
Lauren Peterson at frontdesk medical reception at the first floor has zero customer service and horrible attitude. She screams crazy when you ask her a question. Please don’t come here for service.

My Mother has gone here for years. Staff at front desk is top of the line. Not sure where those other folks went? I have never heard the chatter they are referring to. Staff is too busy checking people in for that to even be possible.
I have seen Dr. Yang three times for a foot issue – it is great to have a podiatrist on staff that has access. He has provided excellent care and is very much aware of my needs. Thank you!!!

Hated going to this clinic, when I lived over there. Some of the receptionists don’t like doing their job. Wasn’t a good experience for me.
Dr. Bauer and his staff are great. I highly recommend him for eye care. Very through with the exams.
